He would know one, wouldn't he?

Today was hellishly long — 8am to 9pm, and I still took work home with me.  I'm seriously fried, and not in a happy, Harold and Kumar sort of way (they're baked, not fried, I suppose).  But, time and a half is time and a half, and hey, it's only once a week.

This comic is a nice break from the courtroom; in case you're wondering, Leona uses a Blackberry.  Rich and I had a surprisingly in-depth discussion about whether Leona had splurged for an iPhone or not.  We eventually decided that she would stick with her old standby for another year while Apple worked out the inevitable kinks in the system.  She's pragmatic like that.
