So I hope Matt's enjoying his big long 6 day weekend for the 4th of July. I'm making the post this week since he's in the wilderness of Oregon without internets right now.

I tried a cooking experiment today. I put an onion, some garlic, and a pound of beef into a crock pot with a can of condensed mushroom soup and some spices. Seven hours later, it was actually pretty good. The soup made a great gravy, and the whole thing was served over egg noodles. The leftovers will spread across two lunches.
