She's baa-aaack!

Right around the time we were writing her first two strips, Rich and I got to really like the fox character in military fatigues.  I made an edit to give her a punchline a couple of strips later, and now she returns, this time to wreck the life of our favorite mouse.

Oh, and we will finally learn her name… soon.

Did the foxy-girl get a promotion? When I originally designed the character, she had the rank of private on her shoulder. (Originally upside-down… my mistake.) But between the time that I drew those comics and this one. I got that same jacket. When I was doing some research on the jacket (M1943 US Army Field Jacket, used in WWII and Korea)  I saw one (a replica) for sale at a decent price, and bought it. But I wasn't initially able to find period private ranks… So I got a set of corporal ranks, and made the unnamed fox's jacket match mine. ;p
