Keen observers will notice that we have seen her stick, in the first strip.

Li’s spent a lot of the comic thus far in a fairly emotionless place, but this strip kind of touches on her background a little, and hopefully acts as a bit of a touchstone for her emotional self. Not that Rich and I have moved that far ahead in scripting (we’ve got some of the early arcs planned, of course), but this is one of those “oh noes furries kissing!” comics, so along with the silly jokes, there will be a sort of soap opera going on. You knew there was a reason the comic was titled “Between Us” in French.
